“Healing is not about becoming someone different. It is about reconnecting with yourself, and creating a life that feels authentic, balanced, and meaningful.”

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, major life transitions, or experiences from the past that still shape the present. I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you’re experiencing, without having to figure it all out on your own.

I became a therapist because I have always been curious about what lies beneath the surface, the stories we carry, the ways we learn to relate to ourselves and others, and the patterns that can follow us through life. I am someone who values honesty, warmth, and, importantly, humour. I don’t believe every therapy conversation needs to feel heavy. Sometimes being able to laugh, feel comfortable, and be yourself is part of feeling safe enough to do the harder work.

As a South Asian immigrant, I know that culture, family, identity, and belonging can add their own layers to our experiences. I bring that awareness with me, while recognizing that everyone’s relationship with these things is deeply personal.

Areas of support

Anxiety & overthinking Perfectionism People-pleasing Self-worth & confidence Relationships & attachment Trauma & past experiences Burnout & stress Life transitions Grief and loss Identity, culture & belonging Migration & adjustment

Who I work with

Children, adolescents, young adults, and couples. Most people begin with individual sessions.

Ways of working

Collaborative, trauma-informed, and adapted to you. I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and attachment-based approaches.

Outside of sessions

Outside of work, I love travelling, exercising, painting, discovering new places and food, and finding joy in the little things. I am still figuring things out too, and maybe that’s part of what makes me human.

Book a consultation

A gentle first conversation, at no cost.

Fifteen minutes to tell me a little about what is going on, ask me anything at all, and notice how it feels to talk with me. There is no obligation, and there is no wrong thing to say.

Would you rather write first? Send a message instead.
