Virtual therapy across Canada
A space to understand, connect, and move forward.
Hello, I’m Devanshi. I offer a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what you’ve been carrying. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to have it all figured out, you can simply begin where you are.
There’s no pressure here, and nothing you need to explain all at once.
What our work together feels like
Feel understood. See the pattern. Choose what comes next.
Feel understood
We begin with your story, at whatever pace feels bearable. Nothing has to be tidy, chronological, or well explained. Being heard properly is often the first relief.
See the pattern
Gently, and together, we notice what keeps returning and where it first learned to keep you safe. Understanding has a way of softening the shame underneath.
Choose what comes next
Nothing is decided for you. When you feel ready, we look at what you might want to keep holding, and what you might be allowed to set down.
Pattern / Pause / Path
What repeats is rarely random.
This was never a promise of a straight line. It is a promise that you will not be walking it alone, and that the way forward can slowly begin to feel like yours.
Pattern
The ways we respond almost always began as ways to protect, belong, cope, or survive. Nothing about you is broken. Understanding where a pattern came from can bring warmth to a place that has only known shame.
Pause
Therapy makes a quiet, honest space between the feeling and the reaction. Somewhere to slow down, breathe, and notice what is happening, with someone sitting beside you while you do it.
Path
Change tends to happen in small moments outside our sessions: a conversation held a little differently, a boundary kept, a softer thought about yourself. Gradually, imperfectly, and in ways that matter to you.
There is a reason it keeps happening. You can understand the pattern without being defined by it.

Things people bring here
If what you are carrying is not named here, it still belongs. Please reach out anyway, and we can talk it through together.

Fees, session length, receipts for insurance, and how cancellations work, all written out plainly and kindly, long before you are asked to commit.

Sessions happen on secure, encrypted video. I will explain what stays between us, where the limits sit, and how your information is looked after.

Mostly listening. You choose where to begin and how much to say, and there is no expectation that you tell your whole story on the first day.

Devanshi Muni
I became a therapist because I have always been curious about what lies beneath the surface: the stories we carry, the ways we learn to relate to ourselves and others, and the patterns that can follow us through life.
I value honesty, warmth, and, importantly, humour. I don’t believe every therapy conversation needs to feel heavy. Sometimes being able to laugh, feel comfortable, and be yourself is part of feeling safe enough to do the harder work.
Take the first step.
Whenever you feel ready, we can talk about what support might look like for you. No pressure, no commitment, and nothing you need to figure out first.
